booking conditions

A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation (credit card numbers and expiration date). This guarantee covers any total or partial cancellation, any no-show, and any degradation observed by the Hotel during the client’s stay or after his departure, by him or by one of the people for whom the Client has booked a stay in the Hotel.

Your room will be held until the departure time set by the Hotel the day after your scheduled arrival.

Payment will be made directly to the establishment, during your stay, unless otherwise specified (especially for event periods or last minute offers, at the time of booking).

In case of reservation with a prepayment request: unless otherwise indicated, invoices issued by the Hotel are deemed to be payable upon receipt. In case of non-payment after two reminders, the Hotel will release the quota of rooms in order to put it back on sale. Deposits received or payable remain with the Hotel.

Arrivals can be made from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Except Sunday: between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. As reception service is not offered on Sundays, you should call the hotel prior to arrival.

The rooms must be vacated no later than 11:00 am on the day of departure. A late check out service is available upon prior reservation and after agreement with the Hotel: this service is offered at a price of € 20 per hour started. In the event of a late departure without having informed the Hotel, the cost of the service is increased by 100% (ie 40 € per hour started). If the departure occurs after 3:00 p.m., the Customer must pay the amount corresponding to one night’s stay.

Reception is open until 9:00 p.m. For any arrival beyond that, we ask you to notify the Hotel by telephone no later than noon.

The number of people authorized in the room is entered on the reservation module. However, it is important to remember that: 1 additional bed = 1 person and is limited to 1 per room and cannot be added with 1 travel cot. 1 travel cot = 1 baby; 1 single bed 80 or 90×200 = 1 person; 1 double bed 160 or 180×200 = 1 to 2 people. The hotel will not be able to accept more people than the number indicated above per bedding. If this is the case, the hotelier will be forced to remove the additional person with the payment of a fine of up to € 150.

In the event of the arrival of a client who has booked that the Hotel cannot accommodate or of unavailability of the room, the Hotel will try to accommodate the Client, at its own expense, in a comparable establishment in the region for the or full nights, and cover the cost of transportation to that hotel.

All cancellations must be made in writing prior to the date of arrival. In the event that the stay is interrupted by the customer, the full price agreed will be cashed. In the case of reservation with prepayment, no refund will be granted as a result. The rooms can then be resold by the establishment.

The date of receipt of the cancellation request (by email, letter) will be the date chosen for the cancellation.

Any breakfast booked and confirmed on arrival will be charged.

The customer cannot bring meals or drinks during his stay without the prior agreement of the hotelier. If agreed, meals should be taken in the breakfast room or on the terrace if the weather permits. Meals are not expected to continue beyond 10:30 p.m.

billing and payment

The price invoiced by the hotel to the customer is that which will have been agreed on the day of the confirmation of the reservation, except modification accepted by the 2 parties, confirmed by the hotel Le Gentleman in writing at the latest 72 hours before the date of booking. ‘arrival. The price will be increased by services not initially planned but actually performed by the hotel at the request of the customer during their stay.

Hotel invoices are payable upon receipt of the invoice and without discount. Payment of the invoice by credit card is subject to prior authorization. For any deferral of payment, the hotel will charge legal interest of 1.5% for each month started. The hotel reserves the right to request all foreseeable billing.

For any occupancy of 3 rooms or less, the hotel reserves the right to serve only the continental breakfast instead of the buffet breakfast.
